Chen Moore and Associates held their annual planning meeting on July 9, 2010. The meeting's purpose was to focus on togetherness and understanding of the company's current standing. In addition to reviewing budgets through 2012, employees also brainstormed on ways to improve the company. Employees broke into four teams to come up with "30 ideas in 30 minutes" to generate 30 ideas, large and small, to improve company functioning.
After the meeting, employees were treated to a sunset cruise aboard the Spirit of Lauderdale catamaran in Fort Lauderdale.
