Chen and Associates is a civil and environmental engineering consulting firm that is a Florida State
and local certified SDBE firm located in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Founded in 1986, Chen and Associates has grown to a staff of 21 full-time personnel. All these facilities allow efficient use of time and management of designs and reports.
