Chen & Associates provides exciting opportunities for future Civil and Environmental Engineers in our company. Internships can be offered to students jobs at 40 hours a week (full-time) or 20 hours a week (part-time). Interns can also work during their summer break (if they choose to work full-time) or continue to work during their college studies, by working part-time. We offer internships in both our Broward and Miami-Dade offices, to accommodate transportation for students.

 

The intern will work with Corporate Engineering staff to assist in all aspects of our company. This can include design and construction, management, inspection and marketing. Typical work can range from CAD and GIS drafting, specification writing, construction inspection, engineering design work and support our office management.

 

We expect successful candidates that demonstrate leadership and persuasive skills, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit. In return, Chen & Associates helps interns gain real world experience by performing the duties of their full-time counterparts. They manage projects independently and obtain constructive feedback from supervisors through a formal review program.
