Chen Moore and Associates was founded in 1986 and has successfully completed a wide range of projects. The firm is committed to providing responsive quality services while meeting the schedules and specific project needs of our clients. Because of this commitment, a large portion of the firm's workload is from repeat clients. A successful project demands a strong quality assurance program. It is the firm's philosophy to assign, as a minimum, one principal to the project from conception to completion.
