Benefits Eligibility
Chen Moore and Associates offers regular, full-time employees competitive health care benefits. In order to be eligible for benefits, an employee must work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
Educational Assistance
Chen Moore and Associates will reimburse employees for educational expenses that have a direct correlation to the employee's position and/or Chen Moore and Associates' area of practice. Courses must be taken from accredited in-state educational institutions or community-sponsored educational programs in order to receive financial assistance from Chen Moore and Associates. Employees must receive approval from their supervisor prior to taking a course. The reimbursement of each pre-approved class will be paid to the employee after a final grade is received for the class. Only a final grade of “B” or better will be considered for reimbursement.
Paid Vacation and Holidays
We recognize the need for employees to spend time away from the workplace. Therefore, Chen Moore and Associates provide employees with time off with pay and also observes designated holidays.
