Therefore, we have designed a program to assist employees with the cost of education.

 

Chen & Associates will reimburse employees for educational expenses that have a direct correlation to the employee's position and/or Chen & Associates' area of practice. Courses must be taken from accredited in-state educational institutions or community-sponsored educational programs in order to receive financial assistance from Chen & Associates. Employees must receive approval from their supervisor prior to taking a course. The reimbursement of each pre-approved class will be paid to the employee after a final grade is received for the class. Only a final grade of “B” or better will be considered for reimbursement.
