27th YEAR CDBG NORTHWEST BEAUTIFICATION PHASE IV
Chen and Associates was the prime consultant for this CDBG project involving street closures, cul-de-sac improvements, drainage modifications and landscaping in and area of northwest Dania Beach. All permitting had to be well planned and expidited requirements as the project had a very aggressive timeline. Chen and Associates was able to meet the City’s deadlines to ensure that the funding for the project would stay in place. This project is completed.
