The Broadview Park Neighborhood Improvement Project (BPNIP) is the last of the neighborhood infrastructure improvements projects carried out by Broward County in the unincorporated areas. The project included improvements to the drainage, water, sewer, and roadway systems. Chen and Associates was selected as the prime consultant for the Basis of Design Report (BODR) and subsequent bid packages. The BODR consisted of the analysis of a variety of alternatives for water and sewer service, along with conceptual drainage permitting. It was completed on time and on budget.
